The Guildford Centre is Surrey's largest mall and has a second floor pedestrian walkway that spans 104th Avenue and connects two floors of stores on its north and south sides. shoppers who are unfamiliar with the mall are advised to watch for overhead signs directing them to the major stores. In addition to the 215 stores and services, a fresh-produce market helps anchor the north end.

One of the nicer features of this popular market is a 2.5 km pedestrian walkway that runs west from the Quay along the Fraser River. There is a children's playground located along the walkway and many beaches allow walkers to rest and enjoy the river scene. There are 80 small shops located on the Quay's two level.

Although Dell Shopping Centre does not boast a large complex, it has a good variety of stores selling services like insurance to heritage pianos.
