Throughout the year, Vancuver hosts an exciting and colorful variety of festivals, celebrations, exhibitions and sports event. So no matter what time of the month you booked your holiday, you can be sure that you will always find something to do and see.

The following are Statuary Holidays in British Columbia. You may find most goverment services close but major shopping malls will still be open with the exception of Christmas and New Year.

May 20 (Victoria Day)
July 1 (Canada Day)
August 5 (Civic Holiday)

October 14 (Thanksgiving)
November 11 (Remembrance Day)
December 25 (Christmas Day)
December 26 (Boxing Day) Not official Stat but some stores may close on this day
