BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!!
We were placed in one of the older rooms at the back of the hotel. Although it was much quieter from the busy traffic on Kingsway, it was quite dingy, dark and was just across from their big garbage bins. My whole family all got bitten while staying there and even after moving to one of the rooms in the front, although much newer and seemed cleaner, we still continued to have bite marks. We complained to management but of course there was no compassion nor was there an apology. Getting to the hotel was quite a hassle as you are turning left at a very busy street. The rooms are not noise proof and you can hear the cars driving by, the people talking outside or beside the next room even late at night and hear adjacent or above washrooms being flushed or water running from showers. I would never go back to this place again and this has left me with a very BAD impression on Best Western and will never stay in any of them anywhere!

I liked the place. It was right across the street from Arbys and I enjoy Arbys for lunch. This place was kinda hard to get around by public transport. I think next time I'll stay near a Sky Train station. Maybe closer to Metrotown. The hotel itself was pretty good. Rooms were clean.
