This place wasn't quite what I expected... when I see 4 stars rating on travelocity I expect a bit more. Anyways, I've been to Nanaimo many times and this is the best hotel in all of Nanaimo, so I guess that I'll have to be content with it. The view from my room was nice. I'd stay here again since Nanaimo doesn't have any other better hotel.

I stay here each time I go to Nanaimo. It's about the best hotel that I could find in Nanaimo. Clean rooms and fair price, right across from the harbour.
