The garden is divided into several interesting sections. For example, the David C. Lam Asian Garden has a variety of native flora and fauna from Japan, Taiwan, China the Himalayans. In comparison, the Alpine Garden possessed edelweiss, trillium and primula plants. Head down to the Food Garden for a variety of plant food that we humans use in our everyday diet. The Physick Garden offers you a chance to glimpse at plants that were favored by 16th century monks in their monastery garden. There is also a garden on local plants at the BC Native Garden. Be sure to stop by the Shop-In-The-Garden Shop which offers a selection of gardening gifts and an assortment of plants. Tours of the garden are usually available during the months of April through to October.
